Eupatorium perfoliatum , commonly known as Boneset, is a homoeopathic medicine derived from the flowering herb Eupatorium perfoliatum . Belonging to the Asteraceae family, it has been traditionally valued for its therapeutic properties in treating fevers, flulike symptoms, and dengue fever.
